Do we have another piece from the (Samuel Lawrence/Magnussen Presidential/Capris etc. --any of the manufacturer names shown on site) that isn’t shown on the web-site?
Answer: Yes, we have anything that the given manufacturer has to offer. Is it best to e-mail the request and we will send back all information regarding availability and price.
Do you have other furniture manufacturers?
Answer: Yes. If you are looking for a particular manufacturer or product please e-mail the request.
Does the product come in any other colors/finish/fabrics etc?
Answer: No – if it does - it is shown on the web-site in more than one finish/color.
Do you have a furniture showroom – furniture store?
Answer: No. We are not a retail store. We only sell on the internet – that is why we can offer such great prices. We have a corporate office Florida and the warehouse in High Point, North Carolina.
Can I pick up the furniture myself in North Carolina or in the Florida warehouse?
Answer: Yes, we can advise you of when it will be ready for your pick up and you will not have to pay freight charges. Please indicate this request at the time of purchase.
How long will it take to get my furniture?
Answer: We have to allow for 6-8 weeks. If the product is in stock it may be faster. The trucks go to each area in cycles. Depending on where you are it could take up to 3 weeks from the time it reaches the warehouse. You will be notified by the trucking company who will arrange for the white glove delivery 4-7 days before the arrival of the furniture. If you are not available or not ready for the furniture we will hold it and contact you again the next time we are scheduling your area. To get an update of your order please e-mail with your order number.
What is your return policy?
Answer: We have none. – We do not accept any cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns. Be sure that this is the furniture you want, because once you place the order – you own it. Please read the General Agreement and the Delivery sections on the web-site before purchasing.
What if the furniture arrives and it is not what I ordered?
Answer: This is highly unlikely, but if it happens we would address the situation immediately. We send you an order confirmation right after the order is placed and this shows exactly what you purchased and the order number. If there are any mistakes you need to address it right away. The order is unboxed and check before it is loaded on a truck to your location. All the paper work travels with the furniture so we rarely –if ever get the wrong furniture to the wrong house. If it happens we would replace the furniture as quickly as possible with no additional expense to customers of course.
What does “white-glove” delivery mean?
Answer: We pick up the furniture from the manufacturer’s plant, inspect it, re-wrap it and deliver it to your home. We assemble anything that needs to be assembled, put together the beds, etc. You just tell us where you want it. Please read the Delivery section of the web-site for more info.
Do you have any warranties on the furniture?
Answer: Whatever the manufacturers offer we extend to the consumer. Usually it is a limited 1 year on parts and service for normal wear & tear. The warranty information will arrive with the furniture. NC Furniture For Less.com doesn’t warranty any of the products.
My Credit Card was declined and I have good credit?
Answer: Be sure that you have input all the information correctly. The address needs to be the billing address on the credit card and the name has to be the same as the name on the credit card exactly. You will know if the order was placed when you get the order confirmation and the order number e-mailed to you. You can also check with your credit card company and see if/why they are declining the charge. Many have a safety measure in place not to allow for purchases on the internet. If you make special arrangements with them they can allow for it to go through.
What if the furniture is damaged when it arrives?
Answer: Our furniture is inspected before we drive it all the way to your home; therefore we rarely have damaged items. If it is a scratch or a fixable damage the men on the delivery truck are equipped to do slight repairs on sight. If the product is too damaged to repair then it must come back with the delivery drivers. We can not allow damaged items to remain in the home waiting for replacements. We have to return it to the warehouse and the next trip to your area will bring the replacement free of charge.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Answer: No, we take credit cards on the web-site or you can mail a cashiers check or money order directly to the Florida Corporate address along with the order form and we will process the order manually.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Answer: Only in the state of Florida. If your state charges sales tax for furniture then it is your responsibility to report it and pay the appropriate tax.
How can I track my order?
Answer: Send an e-mail with you order number to info@ncfurnitureforless.com and you will get a return e-mail with the information within 2 business days.
What are your online store hours?
Answer: Our order entry operators are available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. They can take your order or help with general questions. The Product Specialists are available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Do I have to pay for the furniture all up front?
Answer: Yes, the furniture is paid for when you place the order but the estimated freight charge is collected at the time of delivery.
